February 26, 2010: ANNOUNCEMENT: Solicitation Manager Available to Answer Questions / Expression of Interest (EOI) Due at Noon on Monday, March 1, 2010
Due to inclement weather, the Solicitation Manager Office will close at 3PM today. The Solicitation Manager Team will continue to process EOIs throughout the day and all EOI submissions will be acknowledged via email. The Solicitation Manager Team will remain available to answer questions regarding the submission of EOIs and you can contact us:

Very Important: You are encouraged to email your EOIs now even if the EOI is not complete (for example because you have not yet received an NJCEP Application Number). If your EOI is received prior to the noon deadline on March 1, 2010, you will be given until 5PM on March 4, 2010 to complete the EOI. EOIs received after the noon deadline on March 1, 2010 will not be considered for this March 2010 solicitation. Please see below announcement for more information.
